This day is for doulas, midwives, doctors and assistant nurses that work with pregnancy, birth and postpartum. No matter if you have been a birth worker all your life or if you are new to this, you are welcome.

Self-Care for birth workers

As birth workers we give a lot, we hold space and stay present. But you can’t pour from an empty up. Come join us for a day of recharging, reflection and pouring into yourself. The morning will start slow and intentionally, we will not rush through the schedule, we will take the time we need at every stopping point. The goal is for you, as a birth worker, to pour into yourself as you pour into others. During this one day workshop you will get to fully focus on yourself and what you need. Leave refreshed, calmer and more balanced than you arrived.

The day includes Restorative Yoga, Journaling, Sharing circle, Mediation, Lunch & Fika. As well as a goodie bag so that you may continue your self-care after the workshop. No previous yoga experience is needed to attend.

The workshop is hosted by Nandi Zulu; doula, midwife and hypnobirthing instructor. The restorative yoga is led by Tereze Kestere; yoga teacher and physiotherapist. 

Make sure to eat breakfast before you arrive.

We start at 9:00 and end at 17:00.

The workshop will be held in English, unless everyone prefers Swedish.
